The story: My clients recently hired me to manage their rental property after they started having issues with their tenants.. They had some tenants in there who were not paying rent and were destroying the house. I got the non-paying tenants out and started to manage the rehab on the house back to beautiful! Now it’s almost ready for the “FOR RENT” sign to go up! I love helping clients out of a bad situation and making it better. It makes me a dorky kind of giddy. 😉

Can you say “EWWW?!” This is what the carpet looked like after the tenants were evicted from the property. ( I did not place these tenants!)
