Texas REALTORS® Conference 2014: Weekend Recap
This weekend I made the trek to San Antonio to the 2014 Texas REALTORS® Conference. It was a blast. There were some great education sessions, networking opportunities and the expo was a chance to meet with vendors that may be of help to my clients. It is such a privileged to be able to attend an event with so much information packed into one weekend.
We had a great time and learned SO MUCH! My favorite classes were on going paperless in real estate, surface and mineral rights and the graceful negotiation forum. It was great information that will come into use beginning today!
Of course, while on the river walk, we had to sample the mojitos and Mexican food and shop a bit while we were there.
The Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center–it is right on the River Walk! Can’t beat that view with a stick!

These ducks were just a few feet from us while dining on the River Walk. The ducks and birds are obviously used to being fed by the patrons and are not scared to tap your leg for another tortilla chip–Literally!

Tech Forum / Symposium
I love the River Walk! I didn’t have time to ride the boat tour this time, but have done it in the past and it is a blast!
We took some time to view some of the architecture in the downtown area. Thought this old Fallout Shelter sign on a gorgeous church was kind of intriguing.
Overall, what a great weekend! I just wanted to share some photos from the weekend! Hope you had a great weekend, as well! Happy Monday! I can’t wait to see what education and symposium sessions are at next year’s conference!
