Lisa Priest earns new designation – Texas Residential Property Manager

We are proud to announce that Lisa Priest, Broker of Picket Fence Realty, has achieved the Texas Residential Property Manager designation from Texas Association of REALTORS®.

In order to obtain the TRPM designation, Lisa had to first complete the Texas Residential Leasing Specialist designation, complete the training courses for the TRPM designation and submit verification of experience which includes verification of 200 unit-years of experience acquired cumulatively over a minimum of two consecutive years.

About Lisa Priest

As a third generation realtor, it runs in the blood; and it sure is tough to run away from something that has become second nature. She is known for her no-nonsense approach. She will hold your hand, but don’t expect her to beat around the bush. She is passionate about real estate and has an extensive background in property management, real estate sales and a focus on investment properties and working with investors.

She is a graduate of SMU with a B.A. in Advertising and a B.A. in English. Lisa serves as a board member of: Palestine Association of REALTORS®, Palestine Library Memorial Board, Downtown Palestine Rotary Club and is the past Chairperson for the Palestine City Council Real Estate Advisory Committee, past board member of Palestine Rotary Foundation, Palestine Education Foundation and the Palestine Main Street Advisory Board. In her free time, she enjoys camping, traveling, reading, tie-dyeing, photography, and spending time with her family.
