Discount Remodeling: Big Discounts with Warehouse Prices

If you are working on home projects or plan to in the future, keep this place in mind–Surplus Warehouse in Tyler, TX.  They’ve got everything from doors, toilets, cabinets, flooring, windows and much more! The downside is that you’ll have to haul it back to Palestine, but if you’re doing a bigger project, the savings can be BIG!  I am in the middle of helping on a flip house right now, so we went to check out flooring and kitchen cabinets.  The cabinets were all wood (NOT the MDF stuff they sell at lowes) and much higher quality for less money! The flooring selection was HUGE and they had the brand new barn wood style flooring (that is just getting into stores in the last 6 months).  Win-Win!  This is not a paid promotion, just wanted to make a note in case anyone was interested in this great resource (I know I was!)
Don’t be fooled–this is not your overstock old style materials!  They’ve got all the latest and greatest styles and for a huge discount compared to the chain hardware stores.
The warehouse is open to the public and the hours are  Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm and  Saturday: 8:30am – 3:00pm and is located at 621 South Southeast Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75702.
I took a bunch of pictures, because the pictures pretty much speak for themselves.  Anyway, thought someone might find this a useful resource. Also, they have a property management/Landlord program that gives an additional 5% discount!

I hope this comes in handy for someone, I know I was delighted to check this place out.  Because, seriously who doesn’t love DEALS?!!
