- Bird’s Egg Cafe – 1605 W Palestine Ave (903) 729-6891 – Local favorite serving classic American breakfast 6am-10:30am. Located in front of the Best Western. Also Brunch on Sundays!
- Denny’s – West Oak Street, Palestine, TX- a classic American diner.
LUNCH
- Old Magnolia Sandwich Shop – 120 W Oak St – (903) 729-4410 – Sandwiches, Soups, Baked Potatoes, Seattle’s Best Coffee and Homemade Desserts. Shop the antique booths after lunch.
- Taqueria San Luis – 700 W Oak St – Our awesome neighbors! The chicken tacos are incredible, cheap and fast! Another office favorite is bean & cheese gorditas. Mmm!
- Subs N Dogs– Palestine Ave – sub sandwiches, hotdogs and more. A quick bite for lunch!
- Pint and Barrel Drafthouse – 302 E Crawford – An awesome place to hang out, have excellent food with great lunch specials!
- Country P’s BBQ – open Weds-Sunday. Fantastic BBQ and sides!
DINNER
- El Toro Tex-Mex – 2111 Texas 256 Loop – Serving up the best in classic Tex-Mex dishes for more than 50 years, El Toro has created a loyal fan following within the community. Great margaritas, cold beer, fresh tortillas and more! A Saturday night staple in Palestine.
- Giovannis Restorante Italiano -2027 W Oak St – Italian Restaurant with all the Italian Classics. BYOB for a nice evening with your significant other.
- Pint and Barrel Drafthouse – 302 E Crawford – An awesome place to hang out, have excellent food (must try the fried green tomatoes!) and a large selection of craft beer on draft.
- Queen Street Grille (in the Redlands) – 400 North Queen -Casual Fine Dining American Restaurant with a fabulous cocktail menu and the coolest bar.
- Switch Brick Oven Pizza – 1615 S Royall St – (903) 729-7700 -“Fancy pizza” and cocktail/wine bar. A fun change from the typical pizza and Italian food! Amazing pasta. Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake, too!

- Cream n Coffee – 126 Crockett Rd – Palestine’s gourmet coffee drive-thru, an incredibly friendly experience, along with an exceptional cup of coffee, made by expert barista’s. Offering a full line of coffee and espresso drinks, as well as, smoothies, chai teas, hot tea’s, hot chocolate’s, creamsicles, and Italian sodas.
- SIPS Drinks & Energy – 208 Village St – Boba, Tea, Coffee, Smoothes, Sodas,etc–basically, anything you can SIP, they probably have it!
- Oxbow Bakery & Antiques – 215 E. Crawford Street – 903-723-5100 – Possibly the best pie you’ve ever had! Enjoy a slice of homemade pie with a cup of fresh coffee in Olde Town Palestine.
- Peace of Ice – 207 Village St. – (903) 948-0856 – Drive-thru Shaved Ice, Ice Blended Coffee and Smoothies made quickly and conveniently while you wait comfortably in your vehicle. Boasting classic flavors as well as interesting mix of new flavors such as pickle juice, carmel corn, spicy apple and campfire marshmellow. Open 12pm-8pm
