In April 2015, the Palestine Association of REALTORS® had the following activity in our area for Residential & Farm/ Ranch Properties (please note that this data does not include unimproved acreage or vacant lots and is for Palestine addresses ONLY):

  • Total # of MLS Listings: 196
  • New Listings Added in April: 92
  • Total Properties Sold in April 2015: 47
  • Average Days on Market for All Listings: 164
  • Average List Price: $125,447
  • Average Sale Price: $118,259
  • Properties under contract / pending sale as of April 30, 2015: 69
  • List Price to Sales Price Average: 93.77% (this means that if the property listed at $100,000 the average final sales price was $93,770.  Keep in mind this is an average and not typical for every sale.)
  • Average Days on Market for Homes Sold in April was 121 Days
  • Average Price Per Square Foot for Homes Sold in April 2015 was $63.25 per square foot with a Median of $59.00 per square foot
